Our removals and storage services

Most of the enquiries we take are not a straight choice between one service and another. A house move often needs a packing service for the fragile boxes and a few weeks of storage for the gap between completion dates. An office relocation usually combines crate hire for desks with a dedicated removals crew for furniture and equipment. Rather than ask you to work this out alone, we build the combination into your survey and give you one fixed price that covers everything agreed.

House removals

Our house removals service covers everything from a studio flat to a large family home. Every quote includes dismantling and reassembling furniture, protecting floors and doorways, and goods in transit cover up to £50,000. If your move date depends on a chain, we offer free date changes and never charge for waiting around for keys.

Office and business removals

Office removals are planned around your trading hours rather than ours. That can mean an evening or weekend move, a phased relocation department by department, or IT equipment moved first so your systems are back online before the rest of the office arrives. A named move manager keeps you updated throughout.

Packing and materials

Some customers want everything packed for them, others just want the fragile items wrapped and the rest done themselves. Our packing service and packing supplies page cover both options, including boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble wrap and tape delivered ahead of your move.

Storage

Our storage is containerised, meaning your belongings are sealed into the same unit at collection and only opened again when they come back out. It suits anything from a short gap between a sale and a purchase to several months while you look for the right property.

Crate hire

Crate hire replaces cardboard with sturdy, stackable plastic crates that are delivered before your move and collected once you have unpacked. It is particularly popular with offices moving IT equipment and businesses that want a tidier, more sustainable pack than single use boxes allow.

Long distance and employee relocation

For moves that cross the country, or where a business is relocating staff rather than an office, we plan the logistics, overnight stops and delivery windows into the quote from the start rather than adding charges once the vehicle is on the road.
